Disney World in Orlando opened on October 1st, 1971. Walt Disney had passed by then, and as his brother Roy and wife Lillian were watching the opening festivities, it has been said that Roy turned to Lillian and said “I wish Walt could have seen this”. Lillian’s reply was: “He already has, that’s why we are here today”.

What is your vision, your dream, for the year 2021? Is it to have a better year than 2020? For most of us, that won’t be hard! How about one area of your leadership skills you would like to improve? We all have at least one. Or maybe that one relationship you need to repair?

2021 is shaping up to be as unusual a year as 2020. But hopefully, much better for most of us. What are your goals, both personal and business? What do you want to accomplish? What is your dream?
